1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern use of transfer services provided by LIT Agenzia Di Viaggi ("Company").
2. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only after receipt and verification of full payment. The Company reserves the right to decline any booking request.
3. Payment
Payment must be made via bank transfer to the account provided at booking confirmation. Include your booking reference number in the transfer description.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- More than 48 hours before service: 100% refund
- 24–48 hours before: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours: No refund
- No-shows: No refund
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
5. Flight Delays
We monitor flights and adapt where possible. Notify us immediately of flight changes via WhatsApp (+393891564055). No liability for delays beyond our control.
6. Liability
The Company's liability is limited to the transfer service value. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, missed connections, or force majeure events.
7. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted within 7 days via our online portal or email to booking@LITAgenziaDiViaggi.it. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
8. Emergency
EU Emergency: 112 | Italian Police: 113 | Ambulance: 118. Our WhatsApp (+393891564055) is available 24/7.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law in the Company's operating jurisdiction.
